No monthly commitment. Engineering time is quoted on a per-project basis. There is no monthly minimum of work you must request — use it when you need it.

Credits roll forward up to 90 days. Unused dev work allowance from your plan accumulates for up to 90 days. For example, on the Growth+ plan (3 OU/mo = 546 developer hours/mo), if you don't use your allowance for 89 days and then start a project, you can apply up to 1,638 accumulated hours plus the new month's 546 hours — a total of 2,184 developer hours toward that project.
