End User License Agreement
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs access to and use of Solid Commerce software, websites, APIs, and related services.
1. License Grant
Subject to this Agreement and payment obligations, Solid Commerce grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your internal business operations.
2. Account Responsibilities
- • You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
- • You must provide accurate information and maintain security controls in your environment.
- • You are responsible for compliance with marketplace, tax, and other regulatory obligations.
3. Acceptable Use
- • Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
- • Do not use the service to violate laws, contracts, or third-party rights.
- • Do not submit malicious code, abusive content, or prohibited data categories.
4. Fees and Billing
Fees are based on your selected plan and applicable usage metrics. You authorize recurring billing for paid services. Delinquent payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Intellectual Property
Solid Commerce and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service and related intellectual property. Except as expressly granted, no additional rights are provided.
6. Confidentiality and Data
Each party will protect confidential information disclosed during the relationship. Data handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy and applicable service documentation.
7. Warranties and Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except as explicitly stated in a signed order form or service-level commitment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the relevant claim period.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach or as set forth in an applicable order form. On termination, your right to use the service ends and data access/export rights are governed by your contract and policy terms.
10. Governing Terms
This Agreement is governed by applicable law and supersedes prior oral or written terms concerning service usage, except where superseded by a signed master agreement.
