Takeoff Answers is Solid Commerce's buyer-support product. It prepares replies using relevant business and order context, with review and configured automatic-sending options. Evaluate it against the messages your team actually receives and the rules it must follow.
Give the answer the right context
A shipment question needs the correct order, tracking record, and latest available status. A policy question needs the policy that applies to that buyer and channel. Ask the workflow to identify missing or conflicting information before it proposes a promise, refund, or delivery date.
Demonstrate three stages
- Prepare: retrieve relevant context and draft an answer tied to the buyer's question.
- Review or escalate: show the draft and its supporting facts to the operator, or apply the configured sending policy. Escalate unsupported or sensitive decisions.
- Confirm: distinguish the draft from a submitted message and inspect the available delivery or channel acknowledgement.
Example: where is my order?
Illustrative scenario: a buyer asks for a delivery update. Retrieve the matching shipment and its reported status. Draft a response that uses the available tracking facts and the merchant's policy. When no verified delivery date is available, avoid inventing one. Include an operator handoff when tracking and order records conflict.
Evaluate quality before speed
Use a small set of representative questions: shipment status, a missing tracking record, a cancellation request, and a question requiring a policy exception. Record factual correctness, escalation behavior, and whether the configured review step was observed. Time savings require a measured baseline and a clearly defined set of tasks.
